Filing applications
Request leave, overtime, or a manual attendance correction — and track approval.
How to file
- Go to Applications in the menu and click the add button.
- Pick the request type — a leave type, Overtime, Manual attendance, or a custom type your company added (like Work From Home).
- Fill in the dates and details, then submit.
Your request goes to your line manager (or an admin) for approval.
Leave types & balances
Common leave types: Annual, Sick, Hospitalization, Personal, Maternity/Paternity, Unpaid Leave, and Other (Paid) / Other (Unpaid) for anything else. Some types have a yearly limit (e.g. 15 days of Annual Leave) — the form shows how many days you have left before you file. Going over the limit is usually still allowed, but the extra days are marked unpaid.
Overtime requests
File overtime for work done beyond your shift: pick the date and the time you started and ended. The hours are computed for you. Once approved, the overtime is paid automatically on the payslip that covers that date — at your company's overtime rate.
Manual attendance
Use this when a punch is missing — you forgot to tap, or the device was down. Enter the date and your real start and end times. Once approved, that day counts as worked with those times.
Tracking your request
Each application shows its status: Pending (waiting for a decision), Approved, or Rejected. You'll get a notification when it's decided. Approved leave shows on your attendance calendar; approved overtime shows on the day and on your payslip.
