My Attendance

Your attendance calendar: what present, late, absent, leave, holiday, and rest day mean.

Reading the calendar

My Attendance shows your month as a calendar. Every day has a colored chip, and clicking a day shows the details: your time in, time out, total hours, and any late minutes. Your punches come straight from the biometric device (or from approved manual attendance).

What each status means

  • Present — you clocked in on time and clocked out.
  • Late — you clocked in after your schedule's grace period. The late minutes are counted.
  • Absent — a working day with no clock-in, and the shift has already ended.
  • Upcoming — a working day that hasn't ended yet (it may still become present).
  • Leave — covered by an approved leave application.
  • Holiday — a company holiday. If you worked on it, your hours still count (and holiday pay applies on your payslip).
  • Rest day — not part of your schedule (e.g. weekend). Working on it earns rest-day pay.
  • No schedule — no schedule assigned for that day, so nothing is judged late or absent.

A day looks wrong?

  1. Forgot to punch? File a Manual attendance application with the correct times — once approved, the day is fixed.
  2. You were on leave? Make sure your leave application is filed and approved — approved leave replaces "absent".
  3. Device problem? Tell your admin — they can import the device's attendance file or check the device connection.
💡 Payroll uses this same attendance data, so fixing a wrong day before payroll runs keeps your payslip correct too.
