Messages
Chat with a co-worker directly or read announcements for your department or the whole company.
Direct chat
Open Messages from the menu (or the chat icon in the top bar). Pick a co-worker to start a one-on-one conversation. Messages arrive instantly — you'll see a notification badge when something new comes in.
Announcements
Announcements are one-to-many broadcasts:
- Department announcements — sent to everyone in one department.
- Company announcements — sent to the whole organization.
Managers and admins can post announcements; everyone can read them. Use announcements for memos, reminders, and event notices — use direct chat for personal or task-specific talk.
💡 Notifications for messages deep-link straight into the conversation, so you land exactly where the new message is.
